Mock-Ups – What is a Mock-ups? A mock up is a miniature or the reproduction 1:1 of the final product, normally done to see the design proposal on the real product. Very diffused is the customization of white label mock ups in digital format, so basicly a picture of the final packaging is fully customized with the new graphics, using design programs. we can provide both solutions: digital mock up, printed mockup. For certain kind of project, 3D simulation is strongly recommended. We can take care even of 3D simulations. Please be sure to clarify from the beginning what is included and what is not included in the design quotation.

Printing Files – Buying the design service, the Customer can receive the printing files. Printing files are mainly PDF for hi resolution printing (or other hi resolution formats as JPG, TIF, PNG). Printing files are not editable. If the Customer want to manipulate the design files, have to request the native files and pay a release amount for them. To avoid any misunderstanding we always ask in the beginning if the Customer wants to receive the native files or not. The price of release, change project by project.

Final products – After the approval of printing files and mock ups, we are ready to produce the final packaging products. We do not impose to the Customer to do it with us. If the Customer buy the design from us and print with other suppliers, we provide the approved file for printing. From the moment when we give the file for printing, we lose all responsibilities about the printing realization.
If the Customer want us to follow up the printing production, we can do it as advisors/consultants as extra charge.
Considering the weakness of printing supplier in the local scene, we strongly suggest to Customers to let us follow up the entire production, even because if we follow up the whole process, it means to have one only reference to fix any possible problems.
Considering the amount of micro and macro problems that can born from nothing in the printing production, we know that suggesting to work with us for the full process is the more professional advice.
